Tips, Tips, Tips.

“Please give me a tip to help me with this stroke.”

WOW!

Be careful who you get your tips from and more so, how you receive your them.

Let’s use two players with different skill levels – The 5.5  and 3.0.

Tip given – Snap your wrist for more power on the serve.

The 3.0 player tries this and ends up with wrist trouble (Carpel tunnel). More than likely, the 3.0 player is serving with a forehand grip.

The 5.5 player does the same and understands that the wrist snap we hear so much about is just the natural pro-nation of the forearm in relation with the palm  in an outward turning position. Not that complicated.

Consult the Pro who teaches the Pros.

Take a extra water bottle to the courts, and use this water to pour a little on your arms, legs and neck to help lower your body temperature. This will  refresh you during that hot summer match.

Stay Cool!!!
